Terms & Conditions

Only place an order from us if you accept our Terms & Conditions 

 

1. Buyers can opt for either Singpost Postage (Normal; Registered; or Smartpac) or self collection (strictly at Boon Lay MRT Station ONLY at our convenience)
2. Buyers who are opting for postage have to pay the full amount before the item would be send or placed an order if the item is out of stock.
3. Registered mail is highly recommended as there will be tracking number available. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost mail.
4. Self collection buyers would pay on the spot (Cash on Delivery - COD)
5. Note that items may differ slightly from pictures. We will not be liable if the items did not meet your expectation or the colour is not what you expect. However, we will try to minimize all these issues as much as possible.
6. Pre-order items would require a 50% deposit before the order would be confirmed.
7. Pre-order items would take about 2 - 4 weeks to arrive.
8. We do not accept changes in order after the item has been ordered, send or delivered.
9. Orders are at a first come first serve basis. Items would only be reserved for 3 days.
